More surveys!

We are continuing to gather results from our surveys, and the latest results to come in are from our specialist historical buildings team.  They assessed and recorded the condition of all the boathouses, the gas house, and the lake shore wall.  Documenting the condition of Fell Foot’s historic buildings helps inform plans and budgets for future maintenance and use, and lets us know whether we need to conduct any repairs urgently.  Broadly speaking, all the buildings are in robust health, with only minimal subsidence towards the lake, which may have happened years ago!
